Letter of Invitation

Dear Internet Visitor,
Over the past fifteen years, we believe the Stuckey Trust has achieved an estimated average annual appreciation of nearly 10% per year on  its Cochise College Park inventory.  Now, In the present   improving national economy, real estate in southeast Arizona may offer an even better value in relationship to other locations in the nation and the world. See our Blue Ribbon Investment Package.
ALL of our building  sites  have almost 360 defrees of mountain view.  Birds are everwhere. The stars here seem big and bright. Besides being a good investment, this is  could be a good place for your second or next home.

Two miles to the east, is US 80, running through the southernmost pass  of the North American Rocky Mountains.  Twelve miles to the west, is Bisbee, known for its huge inactive copper  mine, and its thriving artistic community.  Forty miles to the northwest, is Tombstone of "OK Corral" fame.  Five miles to the south is Douglas, on the border with its sister city of Agua Prieta, Mexico, a busy, human scale, city with more than one hundred thousand people, great restaurants, good pharmacies, skilled dentists, a world class eye clinic, and high quality fired adobe brick used in some of our home plans.

We can provide you bed and breakfast at the Starbuck House after February 1, 2012 and year round hook-ups at our AzCrazy Ranch which has a community water system and a working corral. If you become the sucessful bidder on one of our properties, you may be able to keep a horse there, and ride it for many miles over the open range or up into the nearby mountains. Or, from your new home, you can  ride a bicycle, or golf cart, over mostly smooth dirt back roads to the well maintained  eighteen-hole, Douglas golf course. The city also operates a  year-round Aquatic Center, Squash, Handball and, Tennis Courts, and a fitness room, each at very reasonable charge.
